Educate India

Hello people.....i am back again after so many months, well Happy new year to everyone.

For the past few months i have been examining the higher education system of USA and comparing it with Indian higher education. A common layman who doesn't have any information about US education certainly believes that US education system produces idiots who are not only weak in mathematics and other subjects, but also waste there life in drug abuse, fights etc. But the hard fact is that even we Indians are no better.
I certainly believe that Indians students are more intellectual and hard working(after Russians) than Americans, but we Indians don't utilize our potential. I myself asked a question that if Americans are so dumb then how come they still have the best political, economic, social system in the world. The answer is our India doesn't work on quality but quantity. "There 10 Harvard graduates are capable of doing the job of 50 IAS officers". There education system allows students to choose career CONFIDENTLY without PRESSURE varying from a vulcanologist to entomologist. The selected few students who makes into administration are the true backbone of that country who have a zeal and passion to administrate from childhood. Take the example of Barack Obama, he is 44 and a true eligible candidate to lead a country. In India we guys don't even think of entering into politics because it has become dirty. In US its just the opposite. I read our Rahul Gandhi wants youth of India to participate in politics as he feels that we just complain about our pathetic system and don't even care to make it good. Unless we work for our self no single leader or party can make India a power.
So to make this happen our very own education system has to be overlooked "which is based on one's competitiveness and not capability!!! If i start to write about quota system and other demerits then it will take another blog to complete.I just want to show a stat that IITK has a campus of 1300 acres which is 4 times my college....still there are less than 40 students in CS department of that college in an academic year. Now how does India thinks of achieving greatness with this selectivity!!!
